Sorento was tremendous to work with right from day 1.  We were looking at a spec home they were building and they gave us every opportunity to personlize it to make it our own.  All costs were up front and explained.  Their tradesmen were very friendly and the craftsmanship was second to none.  If there was an issue with anything during the build (and even after we moved in) it was resolved right away.
Mark and his team were a pleasure to deal with and we can't be happier with the finished product and the people who delivered it.

Heather & I took possession of our beautiful new Sorento Custom Home in late October, 2010.  It was the culmination of a journey that started back in December 2009 with a very informal, low key conversation we had with Sorento's Sales & Operations team.  Mark and his staff walked us through the initial planning and pricing stages and made us comfortable with each decision we made along the way and boy, there were a lot of those!  All of the Sorento staff and contracted Trades people were not afraid to voice their opinion and share their insights when we asked for them and that was very much appreciated.  Sorento's professional approach and years of experience in the new home industry were definitely an asset to us and we would not hesitate to seek out their expertise again.  Many people we know swear they'll never build another new home again!  Our first home building experience was a positive one and we know that has a lot to do with the support and guidance we received along the way from all the folks at Sorento.

My wife and I retained Sorento Custom Homes Ltd. to do an extensive renovation to our master bathroom during the summer of 2009.  They did a wonderful job. The renovation entailed new tile flooring, custom tile shower with glass enclosure, new cabinetry and counter-tops, and all new fixtures, hardware, installation of a pocket-door, painting and trim.  We now have the luxury ensuite bathroom we’ve always dreamt of.

Our ownership group retained Sorento Custom Homes Ltd. to do complete renovations to 6 washrooms on three floors in our commercial building in downtown Red Deer. Sorento did and exceptional job with all aspects of the project: we entrusted them with the design and colour palette to update our washrooms to a contemporary look, and their suggestions and selections of colours, tiles and fixtures managed to satisfy all of the building’s owner’s, tenants, employees and clients.

One of the truly remarkable things about this project was that it was completed within only 8 weeks! This was truly a testament to Sorento’s ability to manage and coordinate an extensive project that involved the complete tear-down and rebuild of all of our washrooms.  More still, Sorento was able to do this with minimal disruption to the building’s tenants and clients, and was done on-time and on budget.
